Arlington Montessori House (AMH) is proud to employ an experienced, dedicated staff of Montessori-trained professionals at our school.

Each classroom is led by a Directress who is assisted by two trained Classroom Assistants.  Both Directresses received extensive Montessori training and are certified by the Association of Montessori International. Our Classroom Assistants have extensive experience working with young children and are educated in early childhood care.  Our energetic aftercare staff members, some of whom also participate in the summer camp program, are similarly trained.

Our office administration also embraces the Montessori method and the traditions of AMH.  Our School Administrator has acquired many years of experience in the Montessori preschool environment.  She and our two assistant administrators all sent their children to Montessori preschools and we continue to benefit from their dedication and enthusiasm.  All AMH staff members are available to answer your questions and help out wherever needed.

NOTE:  Each year the staff is required to perform 16 hours of early childhood training.  All of our staff is certified in CPR and First Aid and medicine administration.
